What is this “Woid” about?
Woid is not only part of our camp name, it is the Lower Austrian dialect word for forest. Besides that, we use Woid in front of many words to signal it’s affiliation with our camp.

The camp
This is a camp, by youth for youth
Opportunities for co-design are extremely important to us. We’re always looking at how we can gather ideas and opinions from young people and integrate them in all areas.
We live for sustainability
Sustainability will not be a buzzword or checking off checklists at this camp. We want to strive in every area to find and implement the best solution within the scope of possibilities, so that we are in harmony with our resources and it will be a great camp.
We are brave and creative
No decision should be made because something has “always been done this way”. We think in new ways, find exciting solutions and thus make the national camp something special.
Our goal
The International Camp 2024 of the Lower Austrian Scouts is co-organized by young people and is based on the premise of “sustainability”. In every phase of the camp, we focus on using our resources efficently
